How to Login to cPanel

Before you can log into cPanel, you must open your Internet browser. (Use any browser of your preference)

Click on your browser's address bar and enter the https address of your cPanel. The address of your cPanel would have been given to you in your welcome email from your hosting company.

There are two main ways of logging into your cPanel account and they are as follows:

IP LOGIN

If your domain has not propagated yet you can use the IP of your server where the cPanel is installed on to log into your account. For an example, it would look something like this https://8.8.8.8:2083

We use ":2083" at the end of the IP address because it's the port in which cPanel is running in almost any sever.

DOMAIN LOGIN

If your domain has already been propagated and is in the functioning stage, you most definitely can use it to login to your cPanel account. For an example, it would look something like this https://yourdomain:2083

We use ":2083" at the end of the domain name because it's the port in which cPanel is running in almost any sever.

By using either one of those above shown methods you will be able to open the cPanel login page successfully. Once in, enter the relevant credentials for your respective account and you will be able to login successfully !
