Violation of copyrights held by individuals and corporations or other entities can result in civil and criminal liability for the infringer.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Adult files<\/strong>&#8211; Includes all pornography, erotic images.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Child Pornography<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; The use of HostBudget services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available child pornography is prohibited. HostBudget is required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on, or being transmitted through, its services.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Shell scripts<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Shell scripts, such as those that try to gain shell access or run system command lines, are prohibited.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Warez\/werez linking<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, freaking, hacking, password cracking or cheating, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide &#8220;links to&#8221; such material.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Proxy\/BitTorrent\/Torrent sites<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; HostBudget does not allow to host any kind of Bit torrents, or anything related to bit torrents and proxy sites on HostBudget servers.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>IRC<\/strong><br \/>HostBudget does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated by Web Hosting and Ecommerce customers.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Use as a Backup service<\/strong><br \/>HostBudget does not allow to use your Web Hosting account to store your backups, CCTV backups, use as file storage service, backup your cameras, phones.<\/p><p><strong>Chat Sites<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; HostBudget does not allow clients to install chat rooms\/softwares. Chat rooms are taking large system resources and we cannot permit to such activities.<\/p><p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Movies, MP3, File Download sites whose main purpose is for storage\/archival and distribution. Such sites will be removed from HostBudget<\/p><p><strong>Security<\/strong><br \/>Violations of server or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with service to any user, server or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
